I'M TERRY
I spent 30 years inside the systems that shape organizations and the women trying to lead them.
As a three-time Executive Director, I led nonprofits through record-breaking fundraising success, strategic planning, and institutional reinvention. I raised millions, rebuilt teams, and watched brilliant women disappear inside structures that quietly rewarded self-abandonment.
That experience built two things: a consulting practice grounded in what organizational leadership actually costs called The Pivotal Group, and The GUTZY Movement™, an empowerment community for women who want to build their best life on their terms.

"I have known Terry for 25 years and cannot recommend her highly enough. I met Terry when I was serving as the Volunteer Chairman of the Lebanon County Relay for Life (RFL). Our Committee had managed to put together our first event the year prior to my meeting her, with little to no involvement from the staff of the American Cancer Society (ACS). The following year Terry was assigned as the staff member to work with us. I was very skeptical about working with her. She was new to the ACS and had worked with a much larger and wealthier community in planning this same event. However, she immediately proved me wrong.
